Qualtrics is a software used to collect feedback and data, usually in the form of surveys. Once the survey is created Qualtrics provides an embed code. This code can be embedded into your site, if you’d like a seamless experience. Once you have the embed code, please contact JumboPress Support with the embed code and the page you’d like the survey to appear.
